Participation in Leadership Birmingham includes mandatory attendance at opening retreat and closing retreats on Friday and Saturday Sept. 11 and Sept. 12, 2009 and Friday and Saturday, June 4 and 5, 2010, respectively. There is also a requirement to attend 80% of the monthly meetings. Participants missing more than 2 monthly sessions, for whatever reason, may be asked to withdraw.
