Leadership Birmingham

The Board of Trustees has general responsibility for funding and direction of the Corporation. Trustees approve the annual budget and the hiring of the Executive Director. They have the responsibility for the recruitment and selection of participants; and they review the activities of the Executive Committee. The Board members serve staggered three-year terms without compensation. Mike Warren is currently Chair of the Board of Trustees.
