Graduates of Leadership Birmingham ensure the continued high quality of the program for subsequent classes by planning and executing the Program Days. They also serve on the Board of Trustees and the Executive Committee, which, along with the Executive Director, is responsible for daily operations. Graduates are automatically members of the Leadership Birmingham Members Association, which sponsors meetings, seminars, and events for members. Our graduates are expected to play a leadership role in moving Birmingham forward. Leadership Birmingham was founded to provide the information and networks necessary for leadership to more effectively make an impact in the community.
