Leadership Birmingham is supported by tuition, which covers only a small portion of the program, and by annual contributions from corporations. Past graduates account for one-third of the funding. More than 65 percent of graduates contribute each year to support the operations and programs of Leadership Birmingham and Youth Leadership Forum.
